Everyone can exercise with a kettlebell, and when you join TriForce you get access to our beginner kettlebell programme, a mobility coaching course and detailed videos to show you how to do kettlebell movements properly.

All you need is a set a Kettlebell.
As a guide 8kg is a good place to start for most women and 12kg for men. Although with practice women will use anything up to a 24kg kettlebell and men up to a 32kg kettlebell. -
