The terms and conditions are available for you to read. It is important you understand these before continuing as they contain important information regarding your Statutory Rights including rights of cancellation which you should ensure you read and understand before you continue. You have a right to know how we will use your personal information. The privacy policy is available for you to read below.

You warrant, declare and acknowledge that:

1. The information given by you in entering this agreement is correct and will be relied upon by us.

2. To the best of your knowledge and belief you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, wellbeing or physical condition. Further, that you will advise us immediately should your circumstances change.

3. You have read this agreement, including the terms and conditions.

4. You request that we begin the service immediately after you have signed up.

The company name which will appear on your bank statement against the “WILD TRAINING Ltd.”

Your health is your responsibility. This organisation is dedicated to helping you take every opportunity to enjoy the service we offer. With this in mind, we have carefully considered what we can reasonably expect of each other.

Our commitment to you:

1.)We will respect your personal decisions about what exercise you can carry out. However, we ask you not to exercise beyond what you consider to be your own abilities.

2.)We will make every reasonable effort to make sure that our exercise demos and programmes are safe for you to use and enjoy.

3.)If you tell us that you have a disability which puts you at a substantial disadvantage in accessing our service, we will consider that adjustments, if any, are reasonable for us to make.

Your commitment to us:

1.) You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you use our service and workout plans you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice.

2.) You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions, including warning notices, and follow them. Exercise carries its own risk. You should not carry out any activites which you have been told are not suitable for you.

3.) If you feel ill when using our service, workout plans or challenges contact a medical professional immediately and seek assistance.

PRINCIPAL TERMS

1. This agreement commences once you have purchased the TriForce access.

2. Your subscription/membership starts immediately.

3. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges for the type of subscription/membership chosen.

FEES AND CHARGES

4. The amount in full, or Initial Payment if paying monthly is due from you to us, is payable immediately and is not refundable. No refunds can be given for accidental purchases.

5. The Payment Amount is due from you to us. You are obligated to make every payment regardless of non use of the service. TriForce/Wild Training Ltd. reserves the right to change it's subscription/membership prices at any point. You will be notified by email if this happens. If no communication is received by you to TriForce/Wild Training ltd then you will be charged the updated membership fee. 

6. You agree to advise us promptly of any change to the customer/member details provided.

7. All plans are auto renewing subscriptions which means at the end of each subscription term a payment will be taken from you to us automatically based on the current subscription costs. You can stop this automatic payment by cancelling your subscription, but that cancellation must be completed before the payment is taken.

8. No refunds are made for access/purchases/subscription/memberships that have been paid to TriForce/Wild Training ltd.

CANCELLATION - You can cancel your TriForce subscription at anytime by going to the “Account” section of the TriForce website and logging in. Click on manage subscriptions and you can cancel your subscription from there.

GENERAL TERMS

1. If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.

2. We will do our best to resolve any disputes over this agreement. If you wish to take court proceedings against us you must do so within the United Kingdom. Relevant UK law will apply.

3. If any part of this agreement is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other provisions shall continue to apply

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a small fee) and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected.

If your personal details change, please help us to keep your information up to date by notifying us at the above address.

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, and privacy statement. If we do so, we will post notice of the change on our website and you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.
